a disappointing dessert and outdated room
shabby room high prices
the shower was good.
the room looked shabby. i noticed a strange smell. breakfast prices in the restaurant seemed higher than other hotels nearby.

lovely room, lovely staff
sea view comfortable bunk beds good shower
I enjoyed my family room. It had a great sea view. the main bed was huge, and my kids enjoyed the roomy, comfortable bunk beds. i found the large bathroom had a bath and a good shower. Two good size wardrobes were available.
the hotel prizes in the restaurant are quite high compared to other hotels in the area.

The restaurant menu offers good variety, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The kids menu is also fantastic. i thought all the meals were very good value for money, freshly cooked, and delicious.

the hotel kindly set up a table for 13 in the dining room for both breakfast and evening meals. i found the bar area comfy (not overpriced!). the hotel has good parking facilities .

My room included tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a full waitress service, I found this very convenient. The location provided free parking.
The bathroom heater seemed permanently on, I could not adjust it.

attentive staff clean room friendly member
the staff was very attentive and cute. the room was clean and looked well maintained. food at the restaurant was perfect, and every staff member was nice and friendly.
there was no complimentary water in the room.

thin walls strange smell
The free car park was located right next to the building.
My room felt shabby and had a strange smell. the walls seemed thin because I heard cleaners nearby early in the morning. A smoke alarm woke me at 7:30 am. I think this is not a 4-star level.

the breakfast featured tasty, freshly cooked items. the bathroom had a bath and sufficient hot water. i found all hotel staff friendly. the accommodation includes a comfortable bed.

excellent food attentive staff bedroom cleanliness super clean bathroom
the food was excelent in every way i find it. the staff showed much professionalism when assisting me. they always were attentive to my needs. the cleanliness of the bedroom impressed me. the bathroom was also super clean i must admit.

the hotel is near the sea. the location is very close to the shore. it was a short walk to the beach and pleasure beach. i also enjoyed the walk along the boardwalk area.
